Siakap Fish Kengsom Recipe


 INGREDIENTS:

1 siakap fish -

3 red chili stalks - remove seeds (*)

Some fire chili seeds (*) - remove 2 je seeds. Kids don't eat spicy much

1 sk of turmeric powder (I don't buy live turmeric)

1 inch of halia (*)

1 large shallot seed (*)

4 garlic threads (*)

1 lemongrass stalk (*)

1 inch belacan (*)

Tamarind water to taste

1 tomato seed - split into 6

1 lime seed - extract juice

Ripe pineapple to taste

Kale to taste


HOW TO COOK

- Grind the ingredients marked (*) then put them in a pot.

- Add water. Add turmeric powder. Mix well. Let it boil.

- Add pineapple slices.

- Bring the ingredients to a boil then add tamarind juice.

- Next, add the fish and tomato. Let it cook.

- Taste with salt and a little sugar.

- Finally, add the kale and lime juice. 

Extinguish the fire and prepare to enjoy
