 Ingredients.

2 cups sago

1 cup sugar

4 cups water

Colorant, pandan leaves and a pinch of salt.


Method

Bring the water, sugar, salt, coloring, pandan leaves to a boil... When it boils, remove the pandan leaves... 

While waiting for the water to boil, wash the sago and toss it.


Put the sago and stir until the sago is clear (do not use high heat, it will crust quickly)

I like the version with a little white sago.

When the sago is clear .

Extinguish the kitchen fire and cover the pot.

Leave the pot covered for 15 minutes.

Sweep the pan with a little cooking oil.


Pour the sago into the pan.

Let it cool down can be cut using a plastic knife (sweep the knife with a little oil) and salute the grated coconut that has been mixed with a little salt...
