DELICIOUS & SIMPLE MEE HAILAM RECIP

 


Mee hailam sedap is a mee that has a lot of gravy. It is very rare to find mee hailam sedap nie because many shops do not provide it. I once felt the mee hailam in one of the food stalls. The taste is indeed delicious even though the preparation is very simple and the taste is also delicious. Ingredients: 1/2 kg. yellow mee 1/4 kg. chicken and beef 10 prawns (size depends on you) 3 garlic cloves* 3 shallots* 1 large spoon of boh chili 1 bunch of mustard greens 1 piece of radish 1/2 red radish stalk 1 packet 'baby corn' 2 sprigs soup leaves and spring onions 2 lime seeds 1 tablespoon corn flour (mixed with water) Chili sauce tomato sauce Kicap (original color Bkn mcm ni, we like to eat kicap sb tu boh byk2) * Pounded beforehand * Chicken and meat boiled beforehand

How to make it.

First you sauté the garlic and shallots until they are fully cooked and the fragrance rises.

After that, add the boh chili and stir everything until it's completely cooked. If you don't cook the chili, you will get a stomachache.

Then add the shrimp, chicken stew and meat.
After that you also add ajinomoto, sugar and salt. (the amount according to your taste)
Add in all the red radish, cabbage and baby corn.

Then you add the mee.
After that, add the tomato sauce and chili sauce.
Add in the corn starch and mix everything together until smooth.

At the end, add the soy sauce according to your taste (especially the typed soy sauce).
Mix again until everything is balanced with the mee.

Once ready you can add what you want such as fried shallots, lime or so on.
Your simple and delicious mee hailam is ready.
