BUNGKUS TURKS


 3 cups coconut milk

1 1/2 cups rice flour

1 spoonful of sugar

A pinch of salt

1. Cook over low heat until thick while stirring.

2. Then cover the fire.

Core ingredients:

1/2 young coconut

1 stick of gula melaka

1 cup of water

Pandan leaves

Method:

1. Stir over the fire until dry, place a little flour to keep the coconut moist and coated. If not sweet enough, add white sugar.

2. When cooked, make small rounds to make the core.

3. Can be wrapped with the mixture.

4. Steam on low heat for 15 minutes
