INGREDIENTS:
Basmathi rice (soak 20min wash and toss)
Red onion
Garlic
Pelaga fruit and three buddies (clove/awang/cinnamon flower)
Oil / cow oil / Planta
Arabic rice cooker (not sure what brand)
Salt
Sugar
Yellow/orange colorin
HOW TO COOK:
First stir-fry the sliced stir-fry ingredients such as shallots and garlic. lepastu stir-fry as usual with other ingredients buah pelaga, three friends.
By the time it looks golden crisp, add the Arabic rice cooker (one spoon je) if there are many, the color will become very dark. Add a pinch of salt and sugar.
Once the oil has broken down, add the rice washed with a little water (cook as usual).
When the rice comes in, just add a little orange and yellow coloring.
